Because you’ll no longer be able to eat foots the way you once did, soft fruits and steamed vegetables, olives, whole grain bread, smoothies and sugarless chewing gum are all things that you can eat that will be good for your dentures (and they’ll benefit your health too).

Know the wrong foods to eat. As far as foods that aren’t the best for you to try to chew while wearing dentures, ones to keep an eye out for are nuts, foods with small seeds, raw veggies, sticky and chewy candies, popcorn as well as coffee and wine.
